Included on qualifying complete builds. Terms should be reviewed with the customer at the time of sale.

What this warranty is for

This limited hardware warranty is intended to cover qualifying complete desktop systems sold by JVA Tech Services against hardware failure during the warranty period, subject to the limitations below.

What is generally covered

  • Failure of included hardware components under normal use during the covered period
  • Reasonable troubleshooting of the affected complete system
  • Repair or replacement of failed covered hardware, where appropriate

What is generally not covered

  • Physical damage, misuse, neglect, liquid damage, impact damage, or modification by the user or a third party
  • Damage caused by improper power, improper transport, malware, or unrelated software issues
  • Consumables, cosmetic issues, or ordinary wear that does not affect function
  • Data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages
  • Individual loose parts sold separately rather than as part of a qualifying complete build, unless separately stated
